Origin
Started small. Stayed small.
Simple Design started with a single custom home in Hapeville and a stubborn belief that a small team could do this better. A decade later, that's still the model.
We're deliberately compact. The person you meet on day one is the person walking you through your finished home. No handoffs, no farmed-out project managers, no mystery about who's actually responsible.
